We can tell you one thing; it will be a minimum of one hour per visit. However, there are times where we can stay longer! Perhaps there is gap in the staff’s schedule, and it doesn’t make sense to go home and travel back to the next client. Staff usually chooses to stay with your pet. Win Win! But as we cannot commit to this, we do not denote a duration.
TimetoPet.com and the Time to Pet app are both online. It has happened from time to time that our cell service is low, depending on the mobile network the staff has and/or the location of the client. This results in taking quite a long time to send our report, or it times out, especially since including a picture(s) is mandatory to close the visit. We won’t give out the password, it will be safe in your secure file.
We pride ourselves on invoicing after your service is complete. To our knowledge we are the only company who does this and we want to keep it that way. Therefore, payment is due one week after your invoice is sent. You can find your invoice in your account, we also will email you a copy. Habitual late payments will result in pre-payment before services are booked. Additionally, we charge a $25 late payment fee after one week over the due date on the invoice.
We don’t want you to feel obligated to tip, it is not mandatory, however, our sitters greatly appreciate it! If you wish to do so, you can add a tip on to your bill when you pay online or you can certainly leave cash. 100% of the tip goes to your sitter.
We have found gardens are a lot more work than we originally thought! We want to do a good job and not rush through this, so we ask for $10 per day of watering. Please indicate in the notes of your service how often you want your garden watered and be specific about how you’d like it done! We are not skilled in gardening, so your guidance is greatly appreciated. Also please have hoses connected and leave watering cans out. You will not be charged on days we do not water or if it rains. Indoor plants are included in your service no matter if you have an outdoor garden or not.
